Clean and comfortable room for a pleasant stay.
The en suite was quite small, making it cramped. The guest house doesn't serve breakfast in the dining room, which was inconvenient for us. Instead, we had to find alternative breakfast options outside, which complicated our mornings.

my stay was amazing because the guest house is so welcoming with a homely feel and in a perfect location for town and the bus station, making it very easy to explore Newquay on foot and check out beautiful spots like Towan Beach, just a 5-minute walk away.

It was just a great match for a flash visit in Newquay with good price value. The hot shower worked perfectly after a long day exploring. Try to ask for room with a sea view.

We had a fabulous time enjoying the clean, spacious room and the amazing tea and coffee selection. Jo and Dan were incredibly welcoming, and our little dog felt right at home. Plus, the location was just perfect for quick beach access.
My wife says that a larger breakfast area would be great for families.

The room was clean and spacious, making it perfect for two people with everything we needed for our three-night stay. The hostess was exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing plenty of tea and milk throughout our visit. The guest house is ideally located, close to multiple beaches and a bus station for easy travel. it felt cramped at times, particularly in the en suite bathroom, and the breakfast arrangements could be improved as dining options were limited within the property.

the fairways is a gem! it's super private, and after a lovely welcome from joanne, we enjoyed our time without interruptions. we stayed in room 8 with a fantastic sea view and got the best night's sleep. the location is just a hop to fistral beach, making it even better.

I really loved the full English breakfast served right to my room each morning while relaxing and watching TV! The rooms were spotless and provided plenty of space. The only hiccup was a slight damp smell in the entrance, but it didn't affect my stay.

Had a fab stay! The full English brekkie delivered was sooo good. Loved how Jo was super helpful, gave me tips on where to visit. The only bummer was the shower was a bit cramped. Still, the place was clean and comfy. It's close to the beach, which is awesome for sunbathing.
